IURA comes from the name of our river, S-IURA-NA. The blue paint on the label represents this river and the blue slate of Priorat. IURA is our representation of Priorat, a sincere understanding of our landscape. A wine with character and aging potential that combines elegance, body, and persistence.

Tasting note

Golden color, intense yellow trim, and fine tears. Citrus aromas, pineapple, and stone fruit predominate, supported by hints of fennel and yeast notes. Smooth and intense on the palate, showing a fresh and integrated acidity.
Rich concentration of citrus flavors. A very expressive and personal wine.

Vinification

Maceration with the skins for ten days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Native yeasts. Unfiltered and unclarified. No added sulfites. Very limited production.
